Thanks for the bread recipes. Do you use regular flour or breadmaker flour. I haven't tried regular flour in mine but it is a pain to buy separate flour for the breadmaker.

Your blog looks really cool. I need to check out those sites on the side for kids.

Do you speak Spanish? Also why do you live in Costa Rica? I am just curious. My husband is from Mexico and I think it would be exciting to live out of the US with kids for a few years. I served a mission in Chile so I love Spanish.

Nancy-
Thanks for the comment!

I use regular flour for the bread. It couldn't be easier!

I don't {didn't} speak a lick of Spanish. Now I speak just a lick! The most difficult part for me has been the language barrier. Other than that I would highly recommend it. I'm not sure I would move to Mexico though with all the tourist trouble. You should move to... Costa Rica! Wouldn't that be great!!! But if you have family in Mexico, that would make things better. It has been a great asset to have my husband's sister here.

My husband served his mission here {many moons ago} and it has been one of our top ten goals to move here for a year. With the economic changes in the U.S. it seemed to be the best time to do it. So we did!

Hope to hear from you again.

That's it! I'm booking you for a photo session as soon as you return. You just sold me!! (I'll probably have to get you to make a slide show for me, too. What a talent you have!)
